Once enrolled in our program, you can access mammogram screenings and breast self-examination instructions for free. You may be eligible for the Sister to Sister Breast Health Program if you’re a woman who: - Is age 40 and older - Is homeless, lesbian or transgender - Is younger than age 40, has a family history of breast cancer and displays breast symptoms - Detected something suspicious in their breasts or noticed a change in breast size unrelated to weight changes - Is uninsured, underinsured or undocumented, and are at or below 400% federal poverty level - Qualify for CPMC’s financial assistance programs To schedule an appointment, call [415-600-6420]().   3D mammograms Breast cancer is one of the most common cancers that affect women.
