The CoC recognizes cancer care programs that provide high-quality and multidisciplinary patient-centered care. Accreditation signifies that these cancer centers offer comprehensive cancer care, treatment planning based on evidence-based national treatment guidelines, access to clinical trials and new treatment options, and follow-up care including a survivorship care plan.
