Whether you're newly diagnosed or adjusting your care plan, our diabetes education centers provide essential training, including bilingual and interpreter services if needed. Learn to confidently manage your diabetes in our accredited Diabetes Self-Management Education and Support (DSME) program. Our certified educators teach essential self-care skills like healthy eating, staying active, monitoring blood sugar and managing medications. You'll receive a tailored care plan and the opportunity to connect with others in group sessions. After completing the training, we remain by your side with resources and group sessions that provide a warm, supportive community.
