##  Specialty program 

**Adult Cystic Fibrosis Program**

Cystic fibrosis (CF) is a genetic disorder affecting about 30,000 people in the U.S. Our program at CPMC, in partnership with Stanford University, is dedicated to helping restore lung function for all people with CF. Multidisciplinary teams at CPMC provide cutting-edge treatments and medications for cystic fibrosis patients. The good news is that with improved treatments and advanced medical care, people with CF are living longer and healthier lives than ever before.
