Pelvic Floor Yoga for Women
This yoga series helps strengthen pelvic floor muscles to manage incontinence and other pelvic issues. The class combines yoga, relaxation and mindfulness.
Pelvic Pain Physical Therapy Program for Men
For men, we offer a physical therapy program for pelvic pain and incontinence. You can work with a specially trained physical therapist in individual sessions to relieve pelvic pain, erectile pain, or urinary or fecal incontinence.
Our support groups help foster community, allow you to meet others with the same condition and learn new ways of coping with similar health concerns and challenges.
Prostate Cancer Discussion Group
Ongoing discussion group for men with prostate cancer provides support, information and education. Facilitated by a prostate cancer survivor trained by the American Cancer Society, this group is a peer discussion group for men with prostate cancer who may have significant quality of life concerns about sexuality and intimacy, managing work, parenting or financial responsibility issues.
Prostate Cancer Peer Support Group
Have you been diagnosed with prostate cancer? The Prostate Cancer Peer Support Group offers information and a chance to meet men who are living successfully and well with cancer. Multiple locations and times.
Ostomy Support Group
If you have had an ostomy or related surgery, such as a bladder or bowel diversion, this support group provides compassion and understanding. The monthly meetings occasionally feature educational speakers.
