My goal is to be a resource and support for those with whom I work in finding effective and actionable ways to maintain and improve their health and well-being. Using my background as a Family Medicine physician and additional training in Integrative and Functional Medicine, I work with my patients to identify and address the underlying causes of imbalance and chronic disease. In addition, my personal and professional experiences with meditation and meditation research have strongly influenced my belief in the fundamental role of cultivating mindful awareness as a foundational aspect of the healing process.
