Using Mobile Technology and Analytics to Track Outcomes in MS Patients

Description

The goal of this project is to develop and pilot test an early-stage prototype-protocol to routinely obtain patient-generated data (PGD) by mobile phone application.

This proposal involves integrating a mobile application (Floodlight) for collection of PGD between visits into existing infrastructure, translating PGD data into a clinically useful format, pilot testing options for summarizing and presenting this information to providers, and identifying key drivers of adoption of the protocol for both patients and providers.
