Same-Day Video Visit

Get same-day virtual care with a clinician for common health issues from your phone, tablet or computer through My Health Online.

  • Schedule a Visit

    Log in or call (800) 972-5547. Available for patients 18 months and older in California.

  • Available Hours

    Daily: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
    Holidays: 8:00 am to 2:00 pm except Thanksgiving and Christmas.

  • Billing and Payment

    Video visits cost no more than $49 and may be covered by your insurance plan.

Download the App

Install the My Health Online mobile app from Apple App Store or Google Play. The app provides the best experience. Learn more in our FAQs.

Test Your Device

Test your device up to 15 minutes before your visit through My Health Online. If you’re using a computer, you may be asked to install VidyoWeb.

Start Your Visit

Review the Conditions of Registration (PDF). Then simply login to My Health Online, select your appointment and click Begin Video Visit.

  1. Launch and log in to your My Health Online app.
  2. Schedule your visit or book your child’s visit through Proxy Access.
  3. Check the list of conditions that can be addressed online.
  4. Select a time that works for you.
  5. Confirm your information is correct and book your visit.

Video Visits are not meant for emergencies. Please review the list of conditions to see if your symptoms are covered.

Please note this isn’t a comprehensive list of conditions and your condition may not be appropriate for this type of service. If you require a hands-on exam, go to a nearby Urgent Care or Walk-in Care clinic.

Video visits are not meant for emergencies. Call 911 or go to the nearest hospital emergency room if you have symptoms like sudden dizziness, numbness or paralysis, difficulty speaking or loss of consciousness, chest pain, shortness of breath, sweating, severe abdominal pain, seizures or any other urgent care need.
