Information for patients and study volunteers, including frequently asked questions.

Description

To evaluate the impact of the Medication Metronome visit-independent care model on both the frequency and content of office-based visits in patients with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, or hyperlipidemia. Time spent addressing different clinical care domains will be analyzed using audiotapes of selected office visits. Medication Metronome is a health IT application that tracks lab test due dates and results, reports results to patients and providers, and facilitates between-visit medication dose adjustment.
