Safety in the ER

It’s knowing your healthcare can’t wait.

Emergency departments in the Sutter Health network have strict safety precautions in place to help keep our patients, their families and our employees safe. Always seek care when you need it.

Please note masks are mandatory in all healthcare settings.

Call 911 or go to the nearest ER when you need emergency care.

Visitor Guidelines

Hospital visitors are limited and need to follow COVID-19 vaccine or testing requirements. Review our visitor policy.

Extra Sanitizing

Our hospitals use medical-grade filters in our HVACs and air purifiers. Exam rooms are sanitized between patients.

COVID-19 Screening

We're screening all patients and employees. Patients with COVID-19 symptoms are isolated.
