Sutter Health Plus is an affordable HMO health plan that offers individual and family plans to those who buy their health coverage. Plans include access to a high-quality network of providers, including many Sutter-affiliated hospitals, doctors and healthcare services. HMO stands for health maintenance organization. HMO plans provide access to a select network of providers at a lower cost than PPO plans. When you enroll in an HMO plan, you must select a primary care physician (PCP).
