Currently, the program is free.

The only requirement is that you’re pregnant. When your OB signs you up, you’ll get a message in My Health Online.

When you sign up, we'll send you a Care Kit with a blood pressure monitor and scale that connect to Sutter’s My Health Online app and send your readings to your health chart so your care team and providers can see them.

No, this does not replace your OB care team. Sutter Sync helps you stay connected to your OB team between visits and gives your doctor more information about any pregnancy-related health changes to better support you. Sutter Sync is fully integrated with My Health Online, so your doctor can track your blood pressure and weight trends and will reach out if there are any concerns.

Yes, your routine pregnancy care continues while you’re using Sutter Sync. It’s possible your doctor will allow you to skip some routine appointments if your blood pressure and weight remain within normal range. You’ll need to discuss this with your OB provider.

Yes, your health information is safe and secure. Your readings and any other information you share with us are stored in My Health Online, a trusted platform designed to protect your personal health information.

Yes! Your doctor will have recommended your enrollment in the program, and they will be able to review your readings. Sutter Sync for Pregnancy is fully integrated with My Health Online, so all your health information is always connected and in one place. You and your doctor can track your Sync data alongside the rest of your health data. 

We know you’re busy, so we only ask for a few minutes of your time each week to take readings.
