How to pair your blood pressure monitor
Learn how to pair the Sutter Sync Blood Pressure Monitor with the My Health Online app.
Once you've paired
your Sutter Sync
blood pressure monitor
with your My Health Online app,
all of the readings you take at home
will be automatically sent to your chart.
So let's get started.
Here's what you need
your blood pressure monitor.
The four double A batteries provided
and your smartphone.
In this video, we'll be using an iPhone.
If you use an Android,
the steps are the same,
but your screens may look
slightly different.
First, turn on your phone's Bluetooth.
Then,
to make
sure you're using the latest version
of the My Health Online app.
Open your phone's app store
and search for the My Health Online app,
and then tap Update, Open or Get.
Open the app and login to your account.
Once you're logged into your account,
tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
Scroll down to
My record and then tap Track My Health.
Next, tap Link Device
and then scroll down to connect a new app
or device.
Pause on this screen
and now power up
your monitor using the four
A batteries provided.
If you choose to use the power adapter,
just remember
it needs to stay plugged in
to work for every reading.
Once you insert the batteries,
the monitor will turn on
and the Bluetooth symbols start flashing.
From here
you have 30 seconds to pair the devices.
If you run out of time
and the monitor's voice says
“Pairing has failed”
you can start the pairing over
by pressing the start stop button
to turn the screen off,
and then hold down the settings
button until it restarts.
Now let's start the pairing.
Under Connect a new account,
tap Bluetooth device.
Tap Continue and then tap
Allow to enable the Bluetooth connection.
Select Sutter Sync BP
and then tap continue.
Make sure the code shown on your monitor’s
screen matches the code on your phone,
and then tap pair
to finish pairing.
Press the stop start
button on the monitor.
Once paired, the monitor's voice will say
“pairing is successful”
and then instruct you
to set the voice volume.
Press the settings button
to confirm the default setting,
and then the date and time will display,
which should match your phone.
And on the app,
you'll see your monitor listed
under Connected Accounts.
On the Health Connection screen.
