Sutter Sync Help Center

Sutter Sync is completely free for invited participants. There are no fees, no hidden charges — just support and resources, like our special Sutter Sync Monitors and a Sutter Sync Pharmacist to help you with medicine and understand trends. All at no cost to you.  

Lab work, medications, co-pays and routine care are all billed separately, since they’re outside of Sutter Sync.

Right now, the program is by invitation only.  If your doctor recommends Sutter Sync for you, you'll get an invite in your My Health Online message center. You can also check to see if you are eligible by going to your Care Plan page. 

Yes. Your doctor recommends your enrollment and can see your progress. All of your information stays connected in My Health Online so you and your doctor can track your Sutter Sync progress together. 

Yes. Your readings and other information are stored in My Health Online, a trusted and secure system that protects your health data.  

To use Sutter Sync, you’ll need a smartphone or tablet — our monitors must connect directly to Sutter’s My Health Online mobile app to work properly.
