Our mission is to enhance the well-being of people in the communities we serve, through a not-for-profit commitment to compassion and excellence. Each year, we make over 650,000 Home Health visits and 200,000 Hospice visits in 27 Northern California counties. Additionally, our Bereavement programs provides support to more than 14,000 adults and children each year.

Philanthropic gifts help enhance our Hospice, Bereavement and Home Health programs by funding a variety of needs, such as innovative technologies, medical equipment, staff education, volunteer training and patient assistance.

Through donor generosity, we released nearly $2 million last year in support of our patients and staff, and were recognized by Sutter Health for “Outstanding Overall Performance” in quality, service and affordability.
