In addition to our comprehensive sports medicine services, we also offer special options for teen athletes, including sports injury prevention programs, heart health screenings and concussion screening and prevention programs.
Novato Community Hospital is particularly committed to helping student athletes prevent injury. As part of this commitment, we assist the Novato Unified School District in providing two full-time certified athletic trainers to San Marin and Novato high schools. These trainers work closely with coaches and teams to provide concussion testing and help young athletes avoid common bone, joint and skeletal-muscular injuries.
