About Me

Philosophy of Care

My goal is to provide the most expert and highest level of care to patients who may need ear surgery. This includes patients with tympanic membrane perforations, cholesteatoma, chronic ear infections, otosclerosis, hearing loss, cochlear implants, bone conduction hearing implants, superior semicircular canal dehiscence (SSCD), skull base defects and spinal fluid (CSF) leaks in the ear, cancer of the ear, and vestibular schwannomas (aka acoustic neuromas). I work in a multidisciplinary team that includes audiology, neurosurgery, radiology, facial plastic surgery, head and neck oncologic surgery, neurology, and others to provide comprehensive, state-of-the-art care to our patients.

My work is fun and rewarding. Often, we can dramatically improve our patients’ quality of life by helping them to hear better, fixing bothersome symptoms, or keeping them safe by preventing complications of infections or tumors.
