Video Visits

On-Demand Video Visits are available daily from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm. Available hours for your care team are shown in My Health Online. Scheduled visits with a Sutter provider are available daily from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, holiday hours vary.

Video Visits may be covered by insurance and have a co-pay similar to an in-office visit. Contact your insurance company about coverage and patient responsibility.

Current adult patients and parents of patients ages 18 months – 18 years old with a My Health Online account. You must be physically located in California at the time of your appointment to participate in Video Visits.

To join an On-Demand Video Visit:

1. Launch and sign in to your My Health Online app.
2. Select On-Demand Video Visit under the main menu.
3. When you're ready, you can join the queue to see the next available provider.

To schedule a Video Visit:

1. Launch and sign in to your My Health Online app.
2. Choose the type of Video Visit you'd like to schedule.
3. Check the list of conditions that can be addressed through telehealth.
4. Select a time that works for you.
5. Confirm your information is correct and book your appointment.
6. If you’re a legal guardian scheduling for a minor child, switch to your child’s account after logging in to My Health Online.
7. Choose a device (your computer or phone), check compatibility and test it before your appointment.
