Why do I feel so tired after eating meals?

Answer:

Take a look at what you ate and see if you had too many carbohydrates at that meal. That can make folks tired after eating. Try walking for 5-10 minutes after eating. You’ll not only feel better, but it may help with your mood, waistline and glucose control.
