Program Eligibility
US citizen or permanent resident
Graduation from an Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) accredited pharmacy school
Eligible for California pharmacist licensure
Application Requirements
- Official academic transcript
- Letter of intent
- Curriculum vitae (CV)
- Three letters of recommendations submitted via PhORCAS
- Supplemental Application: Upload in PhORCAS a PDF file answering the following:
Describe an important aspect of your personal background that will give us insight into you as an applicant. Aspects might include, but are not limited to, significant challenges or obstacles you faced and how you overcame the challenge, a situation that motivated you to evaluate your strengths and weaknesses, or how you navigated an unexpected outcome and what you learned from the experience. (Maximum 500 words)
All application requirements must be submitted via PhORCAS by application deadline, January 3rd, 2025, to be considered for an interview.
