Parenting is the most rewarding challenge you will ever take on in your lifetime, but at times, it may become the most taxing challenge you will ever embrace. No two children are alike and unlike the 1963 Volkswagen Beetle, your child will not come with an owner’s manual. As a healthcare provider, I work with a team at Sutter Health that includes a certified medical assistant, awesome receptionists, other primary care doctors, specialists, and an Urgent Care/Hospital System to try to support all of your growing child’s needs. Be honest and open minded on this adventure. From sleepless nights, to barefoot bubbly bath times, to sea side sand castles, to sleepless nights again in the adolescent years, don’t feel like you are alone on your journey.
