Dr. Jyothi Bachwani's practice philosophy has evolved over time through the insight she has gained into people’s lives, including those of her family, friends, patients, and herself. She chose to become a primary care physician because she values the close doctor–patient relationship. She enjoysinteracting with her patients, learning their perspectives, and answering their questions. She believes in working collaboratively with patients as partners in their care to develop a plan that best meets their individual needs.

The practice of evidence-based clinical medicine is intellectually stimulating to her. She finds the diverse facets of internal medicine—from preventive care to the management of complex conditions—both challenging and rewarding.

She looks forward to working with patients toward achieving their optimal health.

She enjoys traveling, dancing, cooking, watching movies and spending time with her family.
