Rita Rosicker, M.D.

Dr. Rosicker grew up first in the Soviet Union and later in the newly independent country of Lithuania, experiences that taught her the importance of family and strong relationships. While medical knowledge, science, technology, and the latest preventive recommendations are essential to her practice, she also values understanding each patient’s family situation, lifestyle, cultural traditions, and individual values. Dr. Rosicker believes patients and their families are important members of the care team and strives to provide them with the choices, education, and support they need. She loves family medicine because it allows her to care for patients of all ages, from newborns to adults, and she particularly enjoys conversations with grandmothers. She believes kindness, attentiveness, and staying current with medical advances can help families remain healthy and happy.

Dr. Rosicker studied medicine in several different countries, including Lithuania, Spain, and the United States.

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Rosicker enjoys spending time with her husband, four children, and mother. Her interests include spending time outdoors, music, playing the accordion for children, traveling, and reading.
