Individual Aquatic Physical Therapy
Individualized aquatic physical therapy is offered as a one-on-one with a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant through the rehabilitation department. This program requires a physician referral.

Group Aquatic Physical Therapy
Aquatic group therapy is offered for small groups of three to four patients with a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant through the rehabilitation department. This program requires a physician referral.

Instructor-led Aquatic Exercise Classes
Instructor-led aquatic exercise classes are offered to the community and taught by a certified aquatic instructor.

Self-Directed Aquatic Exercise
Self-directed aquatic exercise is for individuals who wish to use the pool and continue their therapy program and exercise on their own.
