Urgent care is a convenient and cost-effective option when you need immediate care for non-life-threatening conditions. The ER is for medical emergencies. Call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room if you have a life-threatening injury or illness, such as a serious wound, severe chest pain or trouble breathing.

Anyone can use On My Way to reserve a spot at our urgent care clinics.

Using On My Way helps reduce your wait time. You may still have to wait if someone arrives with a severe condition that needs immediate attention. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

We know that life happens. We offer a 15 minute grace period for your scheduled arrival time. After 15 minutes, your reserved spot will no longer be available. The urgent care team will provide you with a new wait time.

Yes, all but five of our urgent care clinics treat children. We also have six pediatric urgent care clinics in the Bay Area that specialize in treating newborns and children under 18. These clinics are tailored to kids with child-sized equipment and friendly pediatricians and nurses.
