Nutrition therapy is both a science and an art. It is the fine balance of taking evidenced-based, scientific recommendations and carefully applying them to the life of a unique individual. As a patient, you bring a complex history of medical conditions, food beliefs, preferences, patterns, and traditions that all impact the role of nutrition in your life. I believe patient-centered, individualized care is the key for success. I look forward to working with you and/or your child to collaborate and move together towards your nutrition-related health goals.

My interest in nutrition started in my teen years as a competitive swimmer hoping to optimize my athletic ability. I continue to have a passion for physical activity - in particular running, biking, swimming, and yoga. When I'm not doing these things, you might find me baking Swedish pastries or planning my next trip!
