Augustina T. Jancic, FNP

I have been working in healthcare since 2005 when I became a medical assistant. It was that introduction to medicine that inspired me to become a Registered Nurse. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2013. I have worked everywhere from New York City, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo and Sonoma Country. The first 8 years of my career I worked in various ICU's including the Neuro Trauma ICU at San Francisco General Hospital, the CVICU at CMPC and the Pediatric CVICU in Lucile Packard Children's Hospital. For the last 5 years I have been an Emergency room nurse in ER's from St. Francis in the Tenderloin, Sutter Novato and Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital and Trauma Center. I am a certified certified critical care nurse and trauma nurse. While working in the ED, I enrolled in graduate school. I am a graduate of Sonoma State University's Family Nurse Practitioner Program. I completed my family medicine internships with Dr. Gregory Rosa in Sebastopol and Mara Bertoli, DNP in Santa Rosa. I also completed pediatric and womens health rotations as well as rotations in federally qualified health clinics in west Sonoma county. \n\n In my time off, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two dogs Lucy and JJ. I am a voracious reader and will take any opportunity to talk to anyone about the books I am reading. When I am not reading I am spending time with my friends going out to local restaurants. My husband and I are also in the restaurant business and own a few restaurants in the bay area and one here in Sonoma Country. While I am originally from Los Angeles, I have lived in New York City, San Francisco, San Luis Obispo and now Sonoma County. We moved from San Francisco to Sonoma County in 2020. I am happy to now call Sonoma County home.
