Behavioral Health needs have historically been segregated from primary care, and I'm thrilled to be involved in transforming the way we care for "the whole person" in PAMF Santa Cruz's new Integrated Behavioral Health Department. I have extensive experience working with children, teens and adults in a variety of settings including schools, private practice, and a specialty mental health clinic. I am passionate about helping patients focus on their strengths, build new skills to improve the quality of their life, and access various resources in our commmunity. I am empathic, supportive, and active in my appointments, and enjoy working with patients of all ages and their families. I use therapy techniques including Psychoeducation, Mindfulness and Relaxation, Emotional Regulation, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
