To be human is to be dynamic, but sometimes we get stuck. Yet, I hold a fundamental trust in the human capacity to face and creatively move beyond suffering. Our mind, body, emotions, soul and spirit are inextricably connected, and so I care for people in a holistic way. My approach to psychotherapy is integrative, blending empirically based cognitive behavioral, interpersonal, and psychodynamic treatments to fit the goals of the person or people in front of me. My style is warm, open and collaborative. I'm dedicated to supporting individuals with accessing their inner strength while building adaptive skills, awareness, compassion, and intimacy with the present moment so that they may live a life of greater joy, courage, and purpose.
