Alisa Monticelli, M.D.

I grew up here in Fremont and moved on to UCLA for college. After college I decided to explore a new area and headed to the east coast for my medical training. Somewhere along the way I developed a passion for medicine and a love for pediatrics. I enjoyed living in new places during my schooling but ultimately missed my family and friends here in the Bay Area. I am excited to have my dream job of taking care of children in my home town. Growing up in Fremont gives me a special connection to my patients at PAMF. I understand our community and some of the stresses children face balancing life and school.

I believe the best medical care comes from a partnership between a physician, parent, and patient. I strive to provide good health education and guidance so that you can make informed decisions about your child’s healthcare. I want you to feel comfortable and confident in the plans made at each visit. We will work together to determine the best healthcare plan. As your child grows, I will teach them how to participate in their healthcare to keep their bodies healthy and strong. I practice with an emphasis on preventative medicine and developing good lifestyle habits that will carry into adulthood. I enjoy taking care of children from birth to adolescence.

I have afternoon hours four days a week for those who want after school appointments. I also have morning appointments. You are welcome to schedule a visit to meet me and see if I will be a good match for your family. I look forward to getting to know your family and helping your child grow into a healthy young adult.
