Amanda P. Williams, M.D.

Dr. Williams's philosophy of patient care is grounded in the belief that every person deserves to be seen, heard, respected, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey. She believes the foundation of excellent medical care begins with trust—trust built through listening, clear communication, compassion, and a commitment to understanding each patient's unique experiences, values, and goals. As an OBGYN, she strives to combine the best available scientific evidence with individualized care. She believes clinical excellence requires not only technical expertise and sound judgment, but also humility, curiosity, and a willingness to partner with patients and families in shared decision-making. She believes patients should have the information, support, and confidence needed to participate actively in decisions about their health—only they can make the decision that is right for them and their body. Whether caring for an individual patient navigating pregnancy challenges, helping to lead her medical group, or teaching the next generation of physicians, she remains guided by the same principle: every decision should advance the health, dignity, and well-being of the people they serve.

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Williams enjoys hiking, dancing, growing her mindfulness practice, supporting her college-aged sons, and mentoring aspiring physicians underrepresented in medicine.
