Amit G. Pandya, M.D.

The primary focus of my career is to provide clinical care, educate others and perform research with the goal of doing what is in the best interest of the patient. During clinic visits, I try to carefully and respectfully listen to the patient’s concerns, examine the affected areas of the skin, make a diagnosis and then explain what we know about the condition. I then recommend treatment options based on scientific evidence and work with the patient to form a treatment plan.

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Pandya enjoys studying pigmentary disorders, discovering new findings about these conditions and developing new medications and procedures to treat them. When he is not working, he and his wife enjoy traveling, hiking, bicycling, kayaking and Latin dancing.
