Andrew D. Beckler, M.D.

Dr. Beckler completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), one of the oldest and most prestigious training programs in the country for this subspecialty. He trained and worked in Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, and Santa Barbara alongside leaders and pioneers in the field and served on the UCLA faculty as a Clinical Instructor.

Dr. Beckler graduated magna cum laude from Washington and Lee University, earned his medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine, and completed his residency in Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. His comprehensive residency training provided extensive experience in all areas of adult and pediatric ear, nose, and throat surgery, as well as facial plastic and reconstructive surgery.

During medical school, Dr. Beckler served as Editor of the Clinical Connections section of the Mulholland Curriculum Report, volunteered at the Charlottesville Free Clinic, and was President of the Bioethics Interest Group. He also participated in Relay For Life with Team Oncobusters, tutored students in the ESL and Scholars Program at Charlottesville High School, and completed the Healer's Art Course.

At Washington and Lee University, Dr. Beckler was a writer for the Arete Journal, Vice President of Habitat for Humanity, a member of the W&L Life Committee, a Dormitory Counselor, and a member of the Sophomore Leadership Council. He also worked in the Emergency Department at Stonewall Jackson Hospital and played on the men's varsity lacrosse team.
