Bhagya Nakka, M.D.

Dr. Nakka believes in providing compassionate, patient-centered care that empowers individuals to make informed decisions about their health. Her approach focuses on building trust through open communication, active listening, and respect for each patient’s unique values and goals. She strives to create a supportive environment where patients feel heard, understood, and confident in their care.

As an OB/GYN, Dr. Nakka is committed to evidence-based practice while also recognizing the importance of individualized care. She values collaboration with patients and multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcome across all stages of life—from adolescence to menopause. Her professional interests include obstetric and high-risk prenatal care, minimally invasive gynecological surgery, including robotic procedures, menopausal hormone therapy, contraception counseling, and preventive women’s health and screening.

Dr. Nakka is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), serves as a Board Director for the San Joaquin Medical Society, and is actively involved in mentoring and teaching medical students.

Dr. Nakka enjoys meditation to center and balance herself. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and also enjoys cooking and staying active.
