Approach to care

Dr. Frank Miraglia decided to retire from outpatient Pediatrics around a year ago and approached me, asking if I would be interested in joining his Sutter Pediatrics practice. I was so honored because I had been working closely with Drs. Louis Menachof and Nancy Doyle teaching Family Medicine residents at the Vista Family Health Center over the last 8 years. I know that this group has a deep rooted history in caring for so many Santa Rosa families for 50 plus years. I am no stranger to legacy as I come from a family of physicians and I know that I will have big shoes to fill with. Dr. Fred Brewer’s retirement, but I promise to do my best to uphold the integrity and respect that he has offered every one of his patients over his prestigious 40-year career. I am passionate about teaching medicine to students, patients and parents, and I hope that you learn something new with every encounter we share.

Outside of medicine

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Prystowsky enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, baseball, Tai Chi and music.
