Chetana Singh, M.D.

Dr. Chetana Singh, MD, MS, is a Family Medicine physician who truly values getting to know her patients and walking alongside them throughout their health journey. She believes the best care starts with trust, open communication, and relationships where patients feel heard and supported. My approach is centered on partnership—working together to create a plan that not only addresses illness but also promotes long-term wellness and quality of life. I emphasize prevention and enjoy helping patients stay well through proactive care, regular follow-ups, and thoughtful guidance. I also practice careful, responsible prescribing and focus on treatments that are safe and sustainable for the future. Above all, my philosophy is to listen with care, offer guidance with compassion, and empower my patients to take charge of their health so they can live their fullest lives.

She is actively involved with professional organizations including the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and the American Medical Association (AMA).

Outside of Medicine, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and attending music concerts.
