Chloe A. Jones, M.D.

My philosophy of care centers on empowering patients from all backgrounds to take an active role in their health. I create individualized plans that enable my patients to lead their wellness journeys, while. I provide guidance, support, and encouragement as their coach and biggest advocate. Additionally, I believe it is my responsibility to continuously update my knowledge and skills to ensure. I am properly equipped to provide the best possible care to my patients.

I founded the program Engaging Minority Youth in Medicine (EMYIM), which seeks to inspire minority youth in grades 2nd–4th to pursue careers in medicine, with hopes to increase the representation of underrepresented minorities in the field. In the future, I hope to expand community outreach for healthcare screenings, particularly amongst those experiencing socioeconomic disparities.

Outside of Medicine, I am passionate about fitness, particularly classes/activities that can be enjoyed with family and friends. I also love traveling, exploring new cuisines, and immersing myself in different cultures.
