Philosophy of care

Dr. Ekpo's philosophy is to treat each patient as a human being, not just a diagnosis. She takes great interest in caring for patients through a multidisciplinary approach that incorporates behavioral lifestyle changes, alternative treatments, medications, and collaboration with other healthcare providers when needed. She also believes that teaching and mentoring are essential to continuing to share and promote this approach to patient care.

Personal interests

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Ekpo enjoys singing and karaoke, dancing, theater, playing the piano, fashion, Nintendo, traveling, and spreading kindness.
