Elizabeth J. Ancheta, M.D., FAAP

Dr. Elizabeth Ancheta believes it is important to work in the community where she lives so she can care for and advocate on behalf of children and families in her community. As a pediatrician, her goal is to educate and empower children and teens to take an active role in their health and well-being. She places a strong emphasis on preventive care and enjoys helping children develop the healthy habits that serve as the foundation for lifelong wellness.

She finds it rewarding to watch children grow, learn, and reach new milestones. Providing continuity of care is especially meaningful to her, and she values the opportunity to build lasting relationships and partnerships with children and their families throughout their development.

Her clinical interests include newborn care and breastfeeding support, childhood asthma, allergies and eczema, adolescent health, nutrition, and obesity prevention. She welcomes the opportunity to care for children and partner with families to help them lead healthy, active lives.

She looks forward to getting to know and supporting the families she serves.

Dr. Ancheta is married and has one child. She enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.
