Philosophy of Care

Many orthopedic problems can be corrected or sufficiently quieted with exercises, diligent application of self-care, and wait / see. I often recommend non-surgical care first. I also want to keep people moving: Life is motion; motion is life. I am a "Sports Doctor" who does joint replacement (as I got older, so did my patients!).
