I believe that sleep is foundational to wellness and quality of life. When sleep suffers, so does everything else—your physical health, emotional resilience, relationships, and daily functioning. My approach is collaborative and patient-centered. I begin by truly understanding you as an individual, recognizing that better sleep starts with better understanding. As your adviser and advocate, I provide evidence-based therapies while ensuring you understand not just what we're doing, but why. I take pride in explaining things clearly so you can make informed decisions and take an active role in your care. Together, we'll develop a treatment plan tailored to your unique goals and values—one that respects your autonomy and works on your terms. My goal is to help you improve your sleep to allow you to live fully.

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Lo can be found exploring the Bay Area's culinary landscape, enjoying podcasts and audiobooks, or watching basketball and tennis. He is particularly fascinated by technology, and the intersection of technology and sleep medicine.
