Personal interests

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Hwang is married, has a young daughter, and enjoys spending time with his family. His interests include sewing, woodworking, and reconditioning or repairing old cars and machinery. He has a strong interest in understanding how things work and believes the fundamentals of understanding anatomy and the implications of changes to that anatomy are similar whether in the human body, a machine, or a piece of fabric, the difference is in the implementation.
