Kenneth R. Andrews, D.O.

As an Aptos local, I am very excited to care for my community. I am an Osteopathic Family Medicine physician. As an Osteopath, I am looking forward to sharing my skills of Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine with my patients in their treatment of acute and chronic pain, as well as various other medical conditions.

I am very interested in the way an individual's body can heal itself. Therefore, I place a lot of focus on lifestyle medicine, including nutrition and exercise and use medications only when medically indicated. I am currently studying the healing properties of foods and look forward to exploring this further with my patients.

I enjoy the full spectrum of Family Medicine and look forward to taking care of my patients in the context of their family. I believe a strong doctor-patient relationship is the root of good physical, spiritual and mental health. I look forward to listening to my patients to find out exactly what they need and how I can serve them. I am eager to achieve maximal health for my patients by working closely with them and their families.

Dr. Andrews can be found surfing with his family, wife and two year old daughter, in Capitola or at Pleasure Point during his free time. He also enjoys hiking, mountain biking and gardening.
