My goal is to help you attain your optimal state of health—the level of wellness that allows you to fully engage with the activities that bring meaning and fulfillment to your life. Based on your individual history and your preferences, we will investigate ways to restore your health back to a state of natural energy and balance. Using aspects of functional medicine and precision health, I strive to develop programs which support healing of body, mind and spirit, and incorporate the latest science while honoring each patient’s inner wisdom.

I have special interest or training in the following modalities: bio-identical hormone balancing, functional medicine, healthy aging/age management medicine, holistic health and integrative medicine, nutritional testing and counseling, specialty laboratory testing to reveal issues that may not be seen on standard testing.

In addition, my 30 years of practicing meditation—in a tradition that combines mindfulness and compassion practices—allows me to offer this tool to patients interested in experiencing the benefits of stillness and relaxed presence.

Dr. Hillman sees adults interested in a holistic, personalized approach to health and overall wellness. Combining integrative and functional medicine strategies, she assists patients with a wide variety of conditions, including hormone imbalances, nutritional deficiencies, thyroid, and adrenal issues, perimenopause/menopause/andropause, food sensitivities, digestive issues, environmental toxicities, and cardiometabolic challenges. Dr. Hillman focuses not only on relieving presenting symptoms but on discovering the underlying causes of any dysfunction, with the goal of ultimately restoring ease and well-being.
