My goal is to help you attain your optimal state of health—the level of wellness that allows you to fully engage with the activities that bring meaning and fulfillment to your life. Based on your individual history and your preferences, we will investigate ways to restore your health back to a state of natural energy and balance. Using aspects of functional medicine and precision health, I strive to develop programs which support healing of body, mind and spirit, and incorporate the latest science while honoring each patient’s inner wisdom. In addition, my 30 years of practicing meditation—in a tradition that combines mindfulness and compassion practices—allows me to offer this tool to patients interested in experiencing the benefits of stillness and relaxed presence.

I have special interest or training in the following modalities: bio-identical hormone balancing, functional medicine, healthy aging/age management medicine, holistic health and integrative medicine, nutritional testing and counseling, specialty laboratory testing to reveal issues that may not be seen on standard testing.

Outside of Medicine, personal interests include argentine tango, boogie boarding, hang gliding, snowboarding, paleo cooking, meditation, sunny beaches.
