Dr. Manuel Armas-Phan’s philosophy of care is grounded in empathy, open communication, and respect for patient autonomy. Growing up in a low-income immigrant household and being the first in his family to pursue medicine, he is deeply attuned to the inequities that shape access to care. This background drives him to actively address disparities, striving to deliver high-quality, equitable care for all patients, regardless of background or circumstance.

Outside of medicine, he enjoys running, playing sports such as basketball and soccer, and spending time with his family.
