Whether caring for hospitalized children, providing virtual care, or designing digital health solutions, she strives to create experiences that are accessible, compassionate, and grounded in partnership. She views technology as a powerful tool to extend the reach of clinicians, reduce barriers to care, and support better health outcomes, while always preserving the trust and relationships that are essential to healing.

As Chief Medical Information Officer at Sutter Health, Dr. Jones leads initiatives that advance clinical informatics, digital health, artificial intelligence, and patient and clinical team experience. She is passionate about helping healthcare organizations leverage innovation responsibly to improve quality, safety, clinician well-being, and patient-centered care.
