My approach to patient care can be summed up a phrase I learned early in medical school, "To cure sometimes, to relieve often and to comfort always." I believe that as doctors our primary goal is to comfort the sick. I strive to provide comprehensive care by employing a multi-modality approach to evaluate and treat gastrointestinal diseases. One thing my patients can be sure of is that I have comprehensively reviewed their medical issues. I review the electronic health record, prior evaluations, imaging and labs to determine holistically how to take the next step in improving my patient's health. I aim to provide an open line of communication for patients to seek advice and treatment in between appointments. Most of all, I strive to listen to my patients and provide comfort always.

Dr. Pidlaoan enjoys computer programming, auto repair and mountain biking.
