Yong L. Shih, D.O.

Dr. Yong Shih, DO, has had the privilege of serving his community as a general surgeon for the past 22 years. He believes that outstanding surgical care extends beyond technical expertise. It begins with compassion, understanding, and treating every patient with dignity and respect. His goal is to provide honest guidance while helping patients navigate difficult decisions with confidence and trust. Humility has always been a cornerstone of his practice. Dr. Shih views medicine as a lifelong learning journey and believes optimal patient care comes from maintaining an open mind and collaborating closely with colleagues from all disciplines. By embracing teamwork, mutual respect, and honest communication, he strives to achieve the best possible outcomes for his patients.

Outside of Medicine, Dr. Yong Shih enjoys golfing, playing tennis, walking his pup, and spending quality time with family and friends.
