My philosophy is to utilize evidence-based medicine and integrate it into a whole-person approach that encompasses physical, mental, and emotional health. I believe that my nursing education, both undergraduate and graduate, has prepared me to provide comprehensive and compassionate care. I am committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest medical advancements to ensure the best outcomes for my patients. My goal is to empower individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. My areas of focus include women's health, lifespan care, and osteoporosis education and treatment.

Outside of Medicine, I enjoy hiking, weightlifting, houseplants, gardening, reading, volunteering, and traveling. These hobbies keep me active, engaged, and balanced, which I believe is essential for providing empathetic and effective care.
