My goal is to empower individuals to take an active role in their health and well-being, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. My areas of focus include women's health, lifespan care, and osteoporosis education and treatment.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy hiking, weightlifting, houseplants, gardening, reading, volunteering, and traveling. These hobbies keep me active, engaged, and balanced, which I believe is essential for providing empathetic and effective care.
