Gabriela Carranza, PA-C

Gabriela Carranza is a board-certified Physician Assistant with over a decade of experience in Family Medicine. A graduate of the Stanford Primary Care Associate Program (PCAP Class of 2011), she is also board-certified in Lifestyle Medicine through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and has additional training in Obesity Medicine.

Born and raised in San José, she is bilingual in English and Spanish and is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health. Her clinical focus includes preventive care, chronic disease management, and lifestyle-based interventions to help patients achieve lasting wellness.

She works collaboratively with the primary care physicians at the Morgan Hill Clinic, providing comprehensive care for individuals and families across all age groups, including pediatrics. She is deeply committed to building strong, trusting relationships with her patients.
